Biography: Noel Quinlan is an Australian composer who has lived for many years in the Orient, particularly in Hong Kong and China. He started Big Sky in the early 90s to help fill the gap between Eastern and Western music, and was one of the first composers to explore the World Fusion genre. His MIDDLE KINGDOM series of recordings remain a unique evergreen which has sold over 1,000,000 copies in Asia, and his music is heard world-wide in movies, documentaries, and TV series such as Yan Can Cook. He now divides his time between Australia and Hong Kong while he works on new projects and improving his golf game.
