Ever since the CDs "New Age Opera" and "Ave Maria" were released, ORIGEN has become one of the most respected and beloved artists of the New Age/Classical/Electronic Crossover genre.
ORIGEN has created their sixth album and work of art entitled:"Solveig's Song." Origen founder, Alexsey Zakharenko, has dedicated four years of intensely creative time to produce a masterpiece that combines, not only reinterpretations of classical music, but also his own original compositions.

In the end of XVI century Giulio Caccini composed the music for Hail Mary - traditional Catholic and Eastern Orthodox prayer beautiful hymn inspired Origen to create this album.

Schubert's song was composed in 1825. Originally it was titled “Ellens dritter Gesang” (Ellen's third song). The words were taken from Sir Walter Scott's poem The Lady of the Lake and Adam Storck wrote the German translation used Schubert's song . The person responsible for setting the lyrics in Latin remains a mystery to this day.

Johann Pachelbel canon in D composed in or around 1680
is the most widely used, recorded and recognizable instrumental work of all time. The Pachelbel canon may represent the most extraordinary instance of the crossover phenomenon in all of music. During a short period in the 1960- 1970s it went from being a quite obscure work of early music to a universally familiar cultural item. The Beatles, The Who, Bee Gees, Aphrodite's Child, David Bowie, Mark Knofler and more, seams to have been inspired and used chord progression and melody of Pachelbel's canon in D
